The World Health Organization (WHO) Has announced that a second case of Ebola has surface in Cote D’Ivoire.

Expressing concern over the outbreak, WHO spokesman Tarik Jasarevic said nine people suspected of having links with Ebola had since been isolated in Cote D’Ivoire.

An 18-year-old girl is the second victim of Ebola in the country. She reportedly arrived in Abidjan, Cote D’Ivoire, on August 11 after a trip from Guinea.

The outbreak is coming at a time when Cote D’Ivoire launched Ebola vaccination. The country’s Ministry of Health says that out of the 5,000 Ebola vaccines in its possession, health workers will be first to received the vaccinating before it reaches the rest of the population.
