Sequel to President Muhammadu Buhari’s visit to Zamfara State Scheduled for tomorrow (Thursday) the State Government has announced shutdown of all motor parks in Gusau until after the visit.

This was contained in an Announcement signed by the Commissioner of Information and Chairman, Publicity sub- committee on the Presidential visit, Alh. Ibrahim Magaji Dosara, stated that, all vehicular movement are banned for 3 hours and warned against wrong parking of vehicles, saying, Operatives of Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) were directed to tow away all violating vehicles for prosecution.

The announcement further warned that, People Most not be seen carrying any “embarrassing banners”

‘Smarts News’ could not trace any information about the reason for the visit as it was not disclosed in the announcement for the President’s official Visit.

However, it could be recalled that, Zamfara State is facing serious security challenges in the recent times and internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in the state have been another source of worries in the State.

Police, Military and other Security agencies have been lunching offensive attacks on the criminals disturbing the state and revealed that successes are been recorded in their bid to restore normalcy in the state and country in General.
